This "tuff turf" type tall fescue mix is a great choice for high traffic areas and difficult lawn situations.
It's more drought tolerant than bluegrass blends. The grass blades are a medium thickness and the addition of rye and bluegrass give the overall turf a consistent look that's less clumpy than a straight tall fescue. Its medium to dark green in color. Great for lawns without irrigation. Perfect for new TTF establishments. Medium time frame for germination and establishment.
